The Toronto Raptors built their brand around the “We The North” platform. It’s rooted in a very Canadian insight: there is a deep strength in being an outsider. A hyper-local story that we know we share with the french youth. However they don’t have a community to be part of yet – not connecting, gathering, or sharing enough experiences and moments with each other.
To unite them, we created a film that would serve as a rallying cry - and a warning. It would remind them that they’re not alone: they have a home in the Raptors with their unwavering determination, grit, and hustle. The film highlighted emerging talents from the Greater Paris area. We gave flowers to the next generation shaping Parisian and French culture.

To announce the arrival of the franchise in France, we teased the Vince Carter jersey retirement, with a city stunt, placing Carter jersey all around Paris to hype up the fans in the capital.

After all, we gathered the Toronto Raptors fans all in one place for a night, celebrating Vince Carter Jersey Retirement. The perfect occasion to celebrate the Outsiders of the Paris, too. An event applauded by Vince Carter himself.
